Refunds and returns

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, contact us with your order reference. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy, including reasonable return costs where required by applicable law. Our voluntary return policy does not limit rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded under federal or state law.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy

For an unused item in its original packaging and resaleable condition, email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Send approved returns within a further 14 days. Opened consumable or hygiene products are excluded from this voluntary policy; your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

For change-of-mind returns, we refund the item price. Original delivery charges are not refunded and you pay return postage. There is no restocking fee. Ask us for the correct return destination before posting; our office is not a drop-off point. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.

How to contact us

Email theteam@americanpreppercompany.com with your order reference, the item and the reason for the return. For a fault, include a description and photos if available. Please do not post goods without return instructions.
